We are seeking a skilled Executive Talent Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. This role requires a talent expert skilled in market mapping and leveraging AI/automation to pinpoint executive-level leaders.
The successful candidate will shape the future of our organization by ensuring we have the right leadership to navigate industry complexities. You will join a high-performance culture and a supportive TA team leading the way in growing our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights informing our executive search strategies.
* Proactive Sourcing: Build and nurture pipelines of high-caliber, passive executive talent through sophisticated research, networking, and data-driven engagement strategies.
* AI-Powered Recruitment: Champion AI/automation tools enhancing recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
* Executive Search Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches, from defining role requirements to offer negotiation and closing.
* Data-Driven Consultation: Provide recommendations on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and interviewing techniques.
* Company Research: Become an expert on our industry, competitors, and peers, providing critical research and analysis.
