The Opportunity

The Care Manager will play a critical leadership role in delivering clinical and operational excellence. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role is responsible for:

* Planning, assigning, and overseeing staff duties and resident care delivery.
* Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
* Providing strong leadership and mentoring within a resident-focused environment.
* Managing human, material, and financial resources efficiently and in line with budgetary guidelines.
* Supporting a positive team culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
* Leading and contributing to continuous improvement and accreditation processes.


What You'll Need

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
* Previous Care Manager experience highly regarded.
* Sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices.
* Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and funding instruments (e.g. ACFI).
* Experience with accreditation and quality processes.
* Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.Must meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.


Desirable

* Completion of Infection Control Training.
* Availability to flex into full-time hours as required.
* Aged Care Experience
