About the Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, the CEO will lead the strategic, commercial, operational, and financial direction of the organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership, clinical teams and strategic partners to accelerate growth and position the business as a market leader across Australia and internationally.
You will be responsible for driving:
* The company’s long-term vision and growth strategy alongside the Founder
* Operational excellence and scalable performance
* Innovation across products, clinics, and technologies
* Ensure strong governance, risk management, and operational sustainability
* Brand leadership and industry positioning
* A high-performing culture and executive leadership capability
* Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities
* Implement scalable systems, KPIs, and performance frameworks
* Drive continuous improvement and organisational transformation
The Experience We’re Seeking
You are an inspiring and commercially minded executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses and leading transformational growth.
You will bring:
* Previous experience as a CEO, COO or GM of a scaling organisation
* Strong commercial acumen and the maturity to partner with the Founder
* Experience leading multidisciplinary operational and commercial teams
* Track record of P&L ownership of a comparable scale
* High energy, passionate and an entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership skills

* Experience within healthcare, cosmetic, wellness, or beauty sectors
