Junior Soccer Coach – Early Years (3–11yrs) | Shoalhaven NSW
Location: Shoalhaven Region, NSW
Pay: $25 to $45 per hour
Hours: Mornings,Afternoons and/or weekends

We are seeking a reliable and committed Junior Soccer Coach to deliver structured, fun soccer sessions for children aged 3–5, 6–8 and 9-11 years old
Programs are delivered at indoor sports centres and daycare centres across the Shoalhaven area, so applicants must be comfortable working in early learning environments and travelling between venues.

This Role Involves
* Delivering pre-planned, age-appropriate soccer programs
* Actively leading and managing groups of young children
* Creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment
* Running sessions at indoor centres and daycare facilities
* Setting up and packing away equipment
* Professional communication with centre staff, parents, and coordinators

Essential (Non-Negotiable) Requirements
* Experience working directly with young children (sports coaching, childcare, teaching, camps, OSHC, etc.)
* Confident managing groups of children independently
* Comfortable working within daycare and early learning settings
* Reliable availability for scheduled sessions and commitment to the program period
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
* Current driver's licence and reliable own transport
* Ability to travel locally across the Shoalhaven region
Preferred (Highly Regarded)
* Junior soccer coaching experience (MiniRoos or similar)
* Background in early childhood education, teaching, or sports science
* Education or sports-related students, graduates, or experienced parents/carers
