Role Overview As a team member, you will support the Macquarie Bank CEO and Head of Office by providing analysis and insights on business performance and assisting in the efficient operation of the Office. You will collaborate with the CEO Office leadership and experts from Macquarie's global businesses. Your responsibilities include partnering with various teams to prepare insights for the CEO's engagements with the Board, senior management, and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will support Office operations, coordinate initiatives, and help ensure effective processes and controls, including risk and assurance activities and identifying opportunities for improvement. Candidate Profile Proven experience in finance, accounting, audit, or business management roles. Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret financial statements and convey insights to senior stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior leaders and articulating complex information.
