About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Hiring Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to collect, track and manage employee competency and verification.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR administration. You will have the chance to work closely with our team to prepare the monthly Human Resources report and assist new employees with new starter orientation and inductions.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and data entry skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also have a proven ability to develop and maintain highly productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, track and manage employee competency and verification
* Prepare the monthly Human Resources report
* Assist new employees with new starter orientation and inductions
* Develop and maintain highly productive working relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
* Knowledge and understanding of current legislation relevant to Human Resources
* Strong administrative and data entry skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Competency in all aspects of MS Office Suite
* Previous HR Administration experience
