About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS). You will foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment while mentoring a team of dedicated educators.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with NQS, EYLF, and all regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and the local community
Manage enrolments, budgets, and administrative duties to support centre success
Create a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all children
About You
* ACEQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)
* Nominated Supervisor Approval (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certification
* Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001 or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a childcare or preschool leadership role (preferred)
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
