As the Occupational Rehab Team Leader, you will: Lead, support and mentor a team of Rehabilitation Consultants in Newcastle and the Hunter region Work with the NSW leadership team to drive quality, performance and strong client outcomes Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the service continues to grow Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision and coaching, including joint appointments and case reviews Conduct quality assurance on reports and return-to-work plans, providing constructive feedback and support Maintain a small complex caseload, delivering high-quality clinical services and assessments when required Develop clear, well-structured reports and management plans with innovative, evidence-based interventions Contribute to relationship management with key customers, including insurers, employers and other stakeholders in the region If you’re an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant or current Team Leader in Occupational Rehabilitation looking to step up, shape a team and be truly supported by a collaborative, family-focused organisation, this Newcastle-based opportunity offers the salary, flexibility and career progression to match your ambitions. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling Current registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA) Management or leadership experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation setting A car and drivers licence A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement) Interested in this position?
