**How will I help?**
The Supplier Governance Lead will work with the Infrastructure and Service Management Suppliers, along with Westpac stakeholders, to ensure appropriate governance is being maintained. You will determine solutions to meet delivery needs through the provision of insights and structured reporting. You will ensure that services are fit for purpose and appropriate for the delivery outcomes required.
You work with Service Domains and Suppliers to advise, instruct, and facilitate the cadence for reviewing performance, compliance, obligations, billing and continual improvement and appropriate due diligence is applied to the review. You will identify potential improvement opportunities across the Infrastructure and Service Management Domains in relation to supplier engagement and management through analysis and understanding "best in class" practices.
You will track the calendar and ensure all stakeholders are prepared for upcoming cadence events, produce reporting for Supplier Governance and present the relevant reporting to the Executive team, as required.
You will work directly with domain leads, supplier senior leaders and commercial teams to ensure there is a clear view and understanding of the performance profile for all Infrastructure Domains.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role, you will have had prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services sector. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at a Senior and Executive Management level and experience in gathering and defining diverse Business Requirements and performing Gap Analysis.
You will have a good understanding of finance and contract management in information technology, including the principles of forecasting and managing a P&L; and experience with contract change, renewal, or termination.
Ideally, you will have proven ability to anticipate, own and resolve customer issues and devise customer service improvement strategies to continually implement and improve the strategies.
