The successful candidate will apply their consulting and strategic skillset to the global sport and entertainment industry by helping prominent brands, rightsholders, and investors understand the market value of their sponsorship assets.

Turnstile is a fast-growing sponsorship valuation agency in the Sports & Entertainment world. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in London, we have worked for clients such as FIFA, UEFA, Formula 1, Tennis Australia, The International Cricket Council, NRL Arsenal, Real Madrid, Coca Cola, HSBC, Toyota, and Decathlon.
We are the global market leader in the provision of fair market price sponsorship valuations, using a combination of proprietary insights and actual market rates to produce accurate, credible, and defensible valuations.
The Role
This key role reports directly to the Head of Sponsorship Valuation and involves playing a leading role in the scoping and delivery of client valuation deliverables. We employ a market-leading approach to capturing and quantifying the value of global sponsorship deals.
We achieve this by applying our extensive data sets on the actual market rates paid for sponsorship to bespoke valuation approaches designed specifically to capture the value of every single type of sponsorship right.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver client valuation deliverables independently and to a high standard.
* Synthesize client data, own working sessions with the client, and model valuation inputs and any key scenarios for the specific client.
* Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing Customer Success support.
* Support the development of Turnstile Intellectual Capital, in particular helping manage internal Turnstile projects to drive forward our thinking.
* Play a leading role in the management of Turnstile's Data & Insights repositories.
* Work with Sales & Marketing team to develop credential documents, proposals, case studies, and thought leadership articles as required.
* Identify opportunities to sell-on further work to existing clients.
* Undertake proactive outreach to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
* Mentor new team members to support their onboarding process and create an inclusive team culture.
* Manage any direct reports within the APAC Region.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3-4 years of experience in professional services (e.g. Management Consultancy, Finance, Accounting) or sports/sponsorship firm.
Specifically, you will have a combination of:
* A relevant college degree (ideally STEM subject) with strong grades.
* Experience/passion/knowledge of the global sport & entertainment industry.
* Experience in data/research businesses or projects with multiple stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset that enjoys problem solving.
* A strong analytical skillset and interest in building models and identifying key insights.
* An entrepreneurial spirit with an intellectually curious attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including strong MS PPT skills).
