* Team Management & Coordination: Oversee outreach specialists, content creators, and SEO strategists, ensuring smooth collaboration.
* Campaign Quality Control & Deliverables: Ensure campaign outputs meet high standards of relevance, quality, and SEO alignment.
* Client Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and communication to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
* Technology & Tools Management: Oversee tools like Trello, ClickUp, HubSpot, Ahrefs, and other digital platforms to streamline operations.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for campaign success, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
* Bottleneck Resolution: Address bottlenecks and challenges quickly, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or SEO-driven environment.
* Strong project management skills, handling multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables with ease.
* Experience in a remote working environment and project management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, managing a remote team and collaborating with the CEO.
