Australian Government Consulting (AGC), housed within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, is an innovative in-house consulting initiative delivering strategic advice and organisational transformation for the Australian Public Service (APS). As Deputy Chief Consulting Officer, you will work alongside the AGC executive leadership to shape and implement AGC's strategy, drive the development of high-impact consulting projects, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Leveraging your leadership experience in fast-paced consulting, strategy, or reform environments, you will provide intellectual direction across multiple complex portfolios, build the internal consulting capability of APS, and help ensure government agencies access outstanding value and expertise. • To be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen.
• The occupant must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected) level security clearance, or hold a current security clearance of an appropriate level.
