Advanced Cabinetry is a leading Interior Renovation specialist, designing, making & building beautiful interior spaces. Offering a full turn‑key experience—from bespoke design and in‑house manufacturing to seamless project management of all trades. Established in 1999, we specialize in the custom creation of functional and highly individual interior spaces for clients across Ballarat and regional Victoria.
Requirements
* Demonstrated, high‑level sales experience in the Kitchen & Bathroom Industry or high‑end Interior Design.
* Minimum 5 years sales experience.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, suppliers and managing project documentation.
* Advanced computer proficiency and commitment to rigorous internal processes.
Responsibilities
* Executing a sophisticated, documented sales and design process to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Proactively identifying and translating high‑level customer requirements into bespoke interior renovation design solutions.
* Managing client financial expectations, aligning project scope, and securing high‑value contracts.
* Provide cost estimations and educating the client to ensure alignment on a premium project budget.
* Ability to sketch / CAD / electronically markup interior drawings.
* Advisor on premium material finishes, sophisticated colour palettes, and emerging luxury design trends for comprehensive interior spaces and specifying such products.
Based in Ballarat, this is a full‑time position (Monday - Friday). The competitive remuneration package will reflect your experience, sales performance, and proven track record.
