Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred support to individuals with disabilities
* Assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and skill development
* Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional guidance and support
* Support community participation and recreational activities
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement support plans
* Advocate for customer rights and promote independence
Requirements
* Experience in disability support or a related field
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
