1. Permanent Full Time
2. Salary: $76,302 - $85,765 gross p.a. plus 12% Super plus Adverse Working Conditions Level 1 allowance
3. 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight, Monday to Friday
4. Located at the Ulladulla Works Depot, Deering Street, Ulladulla

About The Role
This position provides multi skilled technical knowledge and experience to diagnose, repair and maintain Council's assets in accordance with maintenance schedules, customer's service level requirements and appropriate safety and quality standards. This includes:
6. Fabricate, maintain and repair Council assets including steel water mains, steel and aluminium on water and sewerage installations, truck bodies, playground equipment, parks and street equipment, lids, rails and ladders.
7. Ensure compliance with the Service Agreements both within council and with external customers, including the preparation, refinement and control of maintenance schedules.
8. Execute significant planning on the job, planning of major shut downs, communication and negotiation with customers and asset owners and ordering parts and materials needed to complete the task within budget, efficiently and safely.
9. Carry out the on-site measure and design of plant and equipment and specialised items for customer's requirements through research and development.

Being available to be on-call and complete reasonable overtime is a requirement of this position.
About You
10. Trade certificate
11. Current NSW Workcover Construction Induction Certificate (Whitecard)
12. Minimum 4 years experience, inclusive of apprenticeship experience.
13. Current Class C Driver's Licence
14. Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
