Women's and Children's Health Network, Paediatric Medicine, WCH@Home, Kaurna Land, North Adelaide 5006 Salary Classification- RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2- $87,416.00 to $110,497.00 Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Part Time - Term Contract (Temporary until 28 February 2026) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Medicine team as a Clinical Nurse – WCH@Home, where you will be responsible for: Delivering expert, person-centered paediatric nursing care through telehealth and home visits, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external providers. Assessing and managing individual care plans, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient outcomes daily. Providing clinical leadership on shifts, guiding less experienced staff and supporting seamless patient flow within the team. Collaborating in service planning, quality improvement, and change management initiatives to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency. Supporting clinical education, mentoring students and new staff while contributing to research, audits, and development of clinical protocols. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate. Minimum of 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration nursing/midwifery experience, demonstrating clinical competence. Proven experience in guiding student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of relevant legislation, healthcare standards, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing/midwifery issues.
