Job Responsibilities
* Repairs and performs maintenance on conventional tools under general supervision.
* Coordinates and oversees shop and field activities.
* Assembles and disassembles down‐hole tools and surface equipment.
* Day‐to‐day transactional purchasing, reorder, and expediting of goods and services.
* Operates ITC to transport materials from laydown areas to underground.
* Installs, maintains, and repairs underground services including air, water, and pumps.
* Supervises day‐to‐day site activities for MEP installation packages.
* Oversees installation of ground source heat pump systems.
* Leads the delivery of renewable energy projects.
* Coordinates the movement of bulk and general freight across sites.
* Diagnoses and repairs leaks, blockages, and hot‐water issues on commercial sites.
* Supports development and improvement of environmental controls and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of senior health, safety & wellness leadership experience.
* Demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and embedding organization‐wide safety programs.
* Proven experience in sales within construction or building products.
* Proactive, growth‐oriented mindset.
* Three years of experience in a similar position.
* Tertiary qualification in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
* Ability to work in high‐risk environments and with complex machinery.
Compensation & Benefits
* Day rates ranging from $900 to $2,200 per day, depending on experience.
* Competitive hourly rates of $35–$85 per hour with overtime opportunities.

Work Hours & Rosters
* Monday to Thursday shifts beginning 5:00 AM for 10‐hour shifts.
* Rotating rosters: 8/6, 7/7, 2/1, 2/2; FIFO shutdowns and 2&1 project rosters.
* Flexibility to cover nights if required.
