About this role
This position involves providing end-user IT support and problem resolution at a client site, requiring desktop PC & laptop hardware installation, setup, and configuration, problem diagnosis, and resolution.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing on-site IT support for employees
* Resolving technical issues with desktop PCs and laptops
* Installing, setting up, and configuring hardware
The successful candidate will be working 3 days per week on-site at the client location, and 2 days per week providing remote support from another site.
