About Us

Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety Ballarat is a proud locally owned business supplying quality uniforms, safety equipment, and custom apparel. As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our Healthcare Apparel Division and seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to support our Sales Representative/Health Care Brand Ambassador .


About the Role

This full‑time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment, assisting with the coordination of client orders, project administration, and day‑to‑day operations within our healthcare sector.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience—from first contact through to delivery.


Your key duties will include:

* Providing administrative and customer service support to the Healthcare Apparel division
* Coordinating quotes, orders, and deliveries for client uniforms
* Managing correspondence, schedules, and documentation for the Business Development Manager
* Liaising with suppliers, production, and clients to meet deadlines
* Preparing proposals, tenders, and presentation materials
* Assisting with marketing and client engagement activities


About You

We're looking for an energetic and detail‑focused professional who thrives in a busy, team‑based environment.


You'll bring:

* Previous experience in administration or customer service (apparel, retail, or manufacturing experience advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general business systems)
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
