About the role
NCS Pool Heating & Filtration Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Plumbing & Heating/Technician to join our team in West Gosford, NSW and travel to job sites in Company vehicles.
This is a full-time position that will involve pool plumbing, installing, servicing and repairing pool heating systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers' pools are running efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
* Installing and commissioning pool plumbing and heating systems
* Troubleshooting and repairing issues with existing pool heating systems
* Performing routine maintenance and servicing on pool heating equipment
* Providing exceptional customer service and advice to clients
* Documenting all work completed and maintaining accurate records
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
* Ideally hold qualifications in plumbing, such as a Certificate III in Plumbing, Construction Induction White Care (White Card, or be willing to obtain one ASAP)
* Highly valued previous experience in the plumbing industry or building industry
* Ability to manage jobs start to finish, commercial and domestic
* Punctual, reliable, honest and a team player
* Motivated and proactive, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* Holds a current NSW driver's licence
* Commitment to working safely and following all procedures
