We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to coordinate the workflow between sales, drafting, estimating, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clearly explain building contracts to clients
* Guide customers through documentation and compliance requirements
* Manage workflow and track job progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
* Prepare and review contract documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in contract administration, pre-construction, or coordination (volume builder experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
