This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the Adelaide contact centre team and be an integral part of the company's growth.
**Your new role**
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be managing a team of up to 5 staff, and work alongside a secondary manager to build and excel the company and its staff across Australia and New Zealand.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Providing coaching and developmental plans for staff
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
- Report to operations on business performance and insights
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting customer disputes
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated management experience
- Excellent MS Office skills
- A passion for thinking outside the box
- Ability to work under pressure
- High levels of accuracy with good attention to detail
- Experience working with Zendesk and multiple platforms will be highly regarded
