Senior Change Manager – Payroll / Super Transformation (Contract)
* Fully remote role (Melbourne/Brisbane candidates preferred)
* Some flexibility required across time zones
* Contract until June 2026 (extensions likely)
* ASAP start (April)
We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Payday Super Project within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change strategy, planning, and execution across payroll/super initiatives
* Assess impact across different employee groups and tailor change approaches
* Deliver targeted communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
* Support go-live readiness and post-go-live hypercare
* Work closely with project teams on governance, risk, and adoption
What You Bring
* Proven experience in enterprise change programs (large/complex environments)
* Strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments
* Experience in payroll or superannuation projects (highly desirable)
* Ability to work across global/distributed teams
