The Role

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be empowering, enchanting and storytelling focused to lead your team towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encouraging of each individual's characteristics.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the ability to be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable on all the tips & tricks to build your team into a confident collaborative unit and drive positive experiences for all customers visiting our stores - ensuring they never fall short of product to fulfil their needs.

This role reports into the respective Boutique Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your store.
* Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
* Empowering and encouraging of customer needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note.
* Leading, coaching and providing feedback to team members.

Your Key Skills (About You)

* At least 2-years' experience in retail or hospitality environment
* Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience.
* Self-motivated and passionate about team development and setting them up for success.
* Lead with empathy, compassion and are open-minded.
* Highly driven about the store success and passionate about our brand.
* Doesn't shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
* Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
