We are seeking a skilled and proactive Functions Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of a wide range of events.

The Role
As the Functions Manager, you will be the key contact for clients and the driving force behind the success of each event. From initial planning to execution and pack-down, you’ll ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where professionalism, initiative, and strong organisational skills are essential.
About the role:
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of events from enquiry to execution
* Liaise with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining high service standards
* Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to deliver seamless events
* Manage event logistics, staff rostering, and post-event reporting
* Deliver memorable guest experiences that keep clients coming back
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role within hotels, venues, or high-end hospitality
* Natural leadership and the ability to manage multiple events at once
* A strong background in function coordination and event operations
* Outstanding communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
