We are seeking a hands-on Machine Operator / Pick Packer to join a busy manufacturing facility in Crestmead. The company produces metal components used in sheds, garages and other outdoor structures, and is looking for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn.
About the Role:
* Operating machinery such as brake press, guillotine and other basic metal-processing equipment (training provided)
* Picking and packing metal parts and materials
* Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
* Manual handling and stacking product
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse work
* Confidence using machinery (brake press or guillotine experience highly regarded)
* Comfortable with physical/fast-paced work
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Forklift ticket is an advantage but not essential
* Able to work full-time hours
