Job Details
A Senior Lead Business Analyst is required to support a multi-disciplinary digital delivery team within a large program of work focused on the Go Global Toolkit (GGT). This new role will take a leadership position in shaping requirements, guiding solution design, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and digital delivery outcomes.
The role works closely with internal stakeholders, including the Solution Architect, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Business Analysts, developers, and testers, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, tested, and delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the GGT team to ensure requirements are understood, solutions validated, issues tracked, and business objectives achieved
* Facilitate workshops and collaboration sessions with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, design solutions, and explore improvement opportunities
* Produce analysis artefacts including user stories, journey maps, personas, blueprints, functional requirements, and other documentation required to support solution design
* Provide input into solution design that considers enterprise architecture, security, information management, and data needs
* Support the MDT to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and meet quality expectations
* Contribute to issue management, requirements traceability, and change impacts across the program
Essential Criteria
1. Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) as a senior-level Business Analyst
2. Highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and respond appropriately to stakeholders
4. Experience producing business analysis artefacts including process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases
Desirable Criteria
1. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
2. Experience using Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and delivery tools
