As a culinary specialist at a luxury resort, you will play a pivotal role in driving kitchen operations and collaborating within a dynamic team environment.
The resort operates a diverse array of kitchens across the property, including a large main production kitchen, a busy conference & events space for large groups, and various restaurant kitchens, to create dishes made from high-quality produce.

* Produce consistent high-quality products and maintain impeccable standards
* Maintain equipment, utensils, and a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
* Implement effective stock rotation practices to minimize wastage
* Foster strong working relationships with senior colleagues and demonstrate teamwork capabilities
* Adhere to health, safety, and welfare policies and procedures
Kitchen operations span early morning breakfast service through to evening dinner service and late-night in-room dining until midnight. Team members work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, requiring full availability and flexibility.
