Our boutique is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail store environment.

* Driving sales results by analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail store environment.
* Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
* Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
* Flexible and adaptable.
