We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team and play a key role in crafting high-quality gluten-free and grain-free breads. About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of gluten-free and grain-free breads, rolls, and related products according to recipes and customer orders. Maintaining exceptional food safety and product quality standards will be central to your role.
We have part-time and casual positions available, with the potential for a full-time role for the right candidate — whether you bring exceptional experience or the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. Sunday - 10am - 6pm
Monday - 10am - 6pm
Tuesday - 10am - 6pm
Thursday- 10am - 6pm
Candidates with both food safety and HACCP experience may have the opportunity to progress more quickly in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, mix, and bake gluten-free and grain-free breads, rolls, and other baked products.
* Follow recipes and production schedules accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with hygiene and safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with the team to develop new and innovative baked products.
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback when required.
About You
* Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial or artisan bakery (training can be provided for the right candidate).
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
* Reliable, organised, and adaptable with strong time management skills.
* Positive team player with a passion for baking and continuous learning.
