As part of our team, you'll work closely alongside external stakeholders to increase and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving quality program planning and implementation
* Coaching, training, and developing colleagues to increase skill and competency
* Developing and maintaining operational stakeholder relationships
* Coordinating staff caseloads and program logistics
* Maintaining a caseload of clients
This role requires a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and families, as well as experience working within the Youth Justice system. You'll also need highly developed interpersonal skills, the ability to coach and develop a team, and a proven track record of applying trauma-informed approaches.
