We're partnering with an ambitious lender entering a significant scale-up phase. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join their high-performing team.
Overview
Reporting directly to the CPMO and supported by a Marketing Coordinator, you'll form part of a small team of three.
As Head of Digital Marketing, you'll shape and execute the digital strategy end-to-end - driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversion. You'll own digital channels, content strategy, automation, and analytics, playing a key role in lifting awareness, engagement, and growth as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute digital strategy across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle
* Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, SEO/SEM, programmatic and display
* Build and optimise automation flows and lead nurture programs
* Manage agency partners - briefing, delivery oversight, and performance management
* Drive reporting, insights, and continuous optimisation
* Develop and deliver multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, content, and CRM
* Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Senior Leadership to shape customer journeys
* Introduce innovation, including AI‑enabled tools and modern martech
Who Will Thrive in This Role

* Deep experience across full‑funnel digital channels (performance, automation, lifecycle, SEM/SEO, paid social)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and agency management capability
* Highly analytical with the ability to turn insights into action
* A proactive, energetic marketer who thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments
* B2B and HubSpot experience highly regarded

Location & Compensation
* Office-based role, 10 minutes from Edgecliff Station
* Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + super, depending on experience
