Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales development, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence within the assigned territory. You’ll work independently and strategically to develop new business opportunities, support existing customers, and build relationships through direct sales and distribution channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales professional who has a solid understanding of clean air and filtration technologies — combining your technical expertise with strategic business development. You’ll be the key point of contact for OEMs, distributors, and end-users, ensuring exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in communication, negotiation, influence, and building constructive relationships. Experience with achieving targets, managing established accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities is required.
Essential Job Functions
* Manage sales of the full Clean Air Systems product range
* Drive sales with OEMs, distributors, and end users
* Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve sales budget for the assigned territory
* Seek new business opportunities to achieve profit targets for the company through the identification and attraction of new markets and customers
* Provide technical assistance to customers in collaboration with engineers, technicians and specialists
* Promote sale and after sales services on the full range of products and services to new & existing customers
* Respond to enquiries from customers, specify design & configure the most appropriate solutions
* Continue to improve customer relationships
* Prepare accurate forecasts and sales reports
* Liaise with manufacturing plants on product availability and customer requirements
* Collaborate with regional sales manager to share market insights and maximise growth opportunities
Key Requirements
* 5+ years’ sales experience with proven technical aptitude
* Experience dealing with similar customer groups
* Highly motivated and proven success achieving sales targets in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience in Sales force CRM tool
* Strong background in managing accounts and developing new business
* Microsoft office programs knowledge – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Flexibility to travel
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
