Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

As a Process Engineer, your essential job functions will include the following:
* Support the execution of the supply chain solutions project portfolio.
* Apply project management skills to lead projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful execution. Hold team members accountable for task completion and schedule adherence.
* Collaborate with operations, systems SMEs, and stakeholders to develop and implement plans for warehouse moves, resets, openings, and continuous improvement efforts, including technology evaluations to reduce operational costs.
* Design, evaluate, and improve supply chain processes to enhance capability, efficiency, and productivity.
* Partner with sales, program management, IT, and other supply chain teams to support and improve operational processes impacting daily performance.
* Use AutoCAD to design warehouse layouts that maximize space utilization, efficiency, and safety.
* Leverage WMS to identify opportunities and implement improvements in warehouse systems and key performance metrics.
* Develop and maintain SOPs to support warehouse and logistics processes.
* Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for long-term resolution.
* Apply LEAN, 6S, and process engineering techniques to drive improvements and efficiencies.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Position Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles, preferably in distribution or warehouse environments.
* Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies like LEAN, 6S, or Six Sigma.
* Proficiency in developing, documenting, and maintaining SOPs and Engineered Labor Standards.
* Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* AutoCAD experience preferred.
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and WMS.
* Customer focus, agility, initiative, influence, and attention to detail.
Physical Job Requirements
* Continuous computer use.
* Sitting for extended periods.
* Travel less than 30%.
