About the Role
The WHS and Injury Management Consultant provides specialist advice and consultancy services on health, safety, risk, and injury management issues to staff at all levels. This role delivers high-level expertise on compensable and non-compensable injuries, return to work programs, and proactive risk management. A key responsibility is fostering a positive, no-blame safety culture that encourages open communication, continuous improvement, and learning from incidents. The consultant balances technical expertise with a supportive approach to enhance workplace safety, facilitate effective injury management, and promote a culture of shared responsibility for health and safety across the organisation.
