## Freight Administration OfficerApplylocations: Karawatha Queenslandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R69579## About the RoleWe are seeking a Freight Administration Officer / Coordinator to join our team in Karawatha on Brisbane's southside. This is a Full Time Permanent Position working **Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm.**This hands-on role offers a combination of administration and operational support within a fast-paced freight environment. Working closely with drivers and the operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring freight is manifested accurately, documentation is processed correctly, and daily linehaul operations run smoothly and efficiently.## Key Responsibilities* Prepare and manage linehaul manifests, ensuring freight is accurately recorded and allocated for transport* Complete accurate and timely data entry of manifests, freight documentation, and operational records* Conduct driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork is returned, processed, and discrepancies are resolved* Perform freight and documentation audits to ensure operational accuracy and compliance with company procedures* Liaise with drivers, depot staff, customers, and internal teams to ensure freight is processed and dispatched efficiently* Provide operational support across both the office and depot floor to assist with daily linehaul activities## Skills & Experience* Reliable and professional approach with a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data and paperwork accurately* Previous administration, transport, freight, or logistics experience highly regarded* Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage competing priorities* Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with drivers and operational teams* Sound computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
