Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Land Management professional to join our team at RAAF Base Scherger. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing grounds and garden maintenance teams to ensure the upkeep of estates.
* Provide supervision and guidance to grounds and garden maintenance teams to ensure estate upkeep.
* Inspect, maintain, and oversee site grounds and gardens to meet quality standards.
* Evaluate work outcomes to ensure alignment with Gardens and Grounds requirements.
* Implement delivery and inspection plans for site grounds and gardens.
* Prior experience in grounds maintenance is essential.
* Able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance; Australian citizenship is mandatory.
