Job Role Summary
* This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to share their expertise and passion for carpentry with the next generation of builders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and assess training programs for Certificate III in Carpentry, ensuring high-quality outcomes for students.
* Review, validate, moderate, and improve training resources and assessment materials to maintain industry standards.
* Consult with clients to understand their workforce training needs and develop targeted solutions.
* Evaluate student work in a timely and accurate manner, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
About You:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the carpentry trade, with a strong track record of delivering quality results.
* Hold or be working towards CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications.
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded but not essential.
* Australian Business Number (ABN) that is up to date and active, along with a current unrestricted driver's license.
* Demonstrated exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide guidance on complex matters.
* Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
