What Youâll Be Doing:
đ Making a Positive Impact:
Assist clients with daily tasks like dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Be there as a trusted companion, offering emotional support and friendship.
Help with mobility and transportation â weâve got places to go and people to see!
Administer medication and keep a watchful eye on health conditions.
Assist with meal prep and household chores.
Work alongside healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
Keep everything in order with accurate records and documentation.
What Youâll Need:

Certification:
Youâll need a Certificate III in Disability or Community Services (or higher).
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Employee Working with Children Check are essential.
A National Police Check will be needed (donât worry, weâll help with this).
A valid driverâs license with a reliable car (youâll be traveling from time to time).
A First Aid & CPR Certificate â safety first!
And remember, this role is for male applicants only â this is due to the specific needs of the client.
Who Weâre Looking For:
Youâre the kind of person who isnât afraid to be hands-on and help others thrive. You love working with people, especially young people, and you have the patience and empathy to make a real difference.
1+ year experience working in disability or community services? Perfect!
Youâre available to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and sleepovers (we promise weâll make it worth your while).
Youâre cool under pressure â whether itâs helping someone with challenging behaviors or providing a calm presence when things get tough.
Youâre passionate about creating positive outcomes for young people and have a therapeutic approach to managing behavior.
Experience handling big-built participants and knowing how to manage them behaviorally is a must. You should be comfortable with participants who may need additional support in physical and emotional regulation.
