The Role
We’re seeking an Associate/Senior Associate level Commercial Lawyer who can:Run matters independently with commercial precisionSupervise and support junior lawyers and paralegalsMeet targets and deliver results without excusesContribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth and leadershipStep into equity discussions in the near futureYou’ll work across a diverse portfolio of high-value clients and matters, including commercial litigation, business disputes, construction law, and general commercial advisory. You'll have autonomy, but never isolation. You’ll be supported by a strong operational team and systems designed to empower, not encumber you.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years PAE in commercial law (ideally with litigation and construction experience)Track record of robust billables and client outcomesLeadership capability – ready to supervise, manage, and guidePerformance mindset – not just wanting a paycheque, but a share in something biggerSharp commercial acumen and a results-driven approachStrong written and verbal communicationTech-savvy, proactive, and willing to grow
