Job Title: Category Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support our Category Manager with administrative tasks and provide assistance to our network of pharmacies. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmacy or retail industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Category Assistant. In this role, you will:
* Provide support to the Category Manager with a range of administrative tasks
* Assist with promotional and catalogue activity planning
* Compile weekly/monthly sales reports/store communications
* Support pharmacies with requests/queries to ensure operational capabilities are maintained
* Maintain supplier price files and pricing
* Meet with suppliers and complete required administration functions
* Assist with new product development and implementation within our community pharmacies
* Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders in the business
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Demonstrated experience within the pharmacy or retail industry
* Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, both written and spoken
