Job Description Summary: As a PX Governance Specialist, you have strong knowledge of HR governance, safety compliance, and data-driven risk management. You will lead the development and oversight of PX compliance frameworks, risk management strategies, and workplace health & safety programs. You will ensure compliance with international and local laws, embedding PX policies to drive a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment for all business operations. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a robust global PX compliance and risk framework aligned with enterprise policies and country-specific labor and workplace regulations Lead internal reviews to ensure consistency of PX operations with global policies and risk standards Proactively manage, monitor, and close gaps in compliance by developing tools such as compliance maps, checklists, assessments, etc. Serve as the subject matter expert for workplace health & safety (WHS), staying current with changing legislation and industry best practices Prepare and deliver regular reports on compliance performance, WHS metrics, risk status, and control effectiveness to senior leaders and governance bodies (e.g., Audit & Risk Committee) Lead the reporting and investigation of workplace incidents, including serious injuries or fatalities while ensuring appropriate follow-ups, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions Identify trends, risk areas, and opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, policy adoption, and employee engagement Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility of compliance information to all employees Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or any other related field At least 5 years of experience in HR governance, compliance, or WHS preferably in a global or regional role Strong understanding of local and international labor and safety laws (ex. PDPA, GDPR, WHS Acts, etc.) Proven experience managing policy governance, compliance assessments, and risk mitigation programs Familiarity with incident management systems and HR compliance tracking tools Excellent analytical and reporting skills (ex. PowerBI, Excel, Tableau, etc.) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills cross-culturally Good to have: Certifications such as CCEP, ISO 45001, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile, PMP, CIPD are a plus Knowledgeable in HRIS or HCM systems are a plus Current or past experience working for regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or education
