I am currently partnered with a non-profit organisation in Ballarat Central, to recruit an experienced Executive Services Lead on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent!
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the role of Executive Services Lead will provide comprehensive executive support for the CEO and Board while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This strategic role will oversee organisational projects to ensure accountability, consistency and effectiveness. Responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive Executive Support to the Chief Executive Officer, providing day to day operational support through document management, diary entries and stakeholder engagement
- Act as the Administrator for all Board matters, including coordination and oversight of all Board and Committee meetings, agenda preparation, meeting minutes
- Ensure that the Board remains compliant with all relevant governance and legislative matters and continue to operate within the Association Rules
- Provide administrative support to ensure that legal matters are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner
- Coordinate CEO stakeholder meeting and preparation of papers
- Lead and manage the Strategic Projects functions on behalf of the CEO office, ensuring our projects are managed effectively, efficiently and with consistency
- Coordinate document management and reporting systems to best support the CEO and the Executive Team
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Executive Services Lead, you will need:
- Experience in an Executive Services Lead, Executive Assistant or similar position
- High level administration skills; minutes, agendas, diary management, calendar management, screening & triaging
- Experience in Board and People Management is a must
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Demonstrated experience setting high standards of performance
- Proactive and self-starting nature, taking responsibility for actions
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships, forging useful partnerships
- An ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably
- High attention to detail and ability to identify gaps in information
