We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Family Services department as an Administration Assistant.
About This Role
In this role you will provide efficient and effective resourcing and support to the Family Services programs, including, computer applications and customer liaison and provide a wide range of secretarial, administrative and program support functions to all Family Services department.
About You
For this position, we are seeking an individual, who is passionate and willing to assist in regular evaluation of administrative systems including standard forms, letters and record systems to ensure the processes retain a customer service focus, are highly efficient and effective.
They will require the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a range of people ensuring a high standard of public relations.
You will need:
* Demonstrated administrative experience.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a range of people.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the application of a range of Microsoft office software applications.
* A demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
