About the role
You'll take charge of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily site operations and coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
2. Monitoring project schedules to achieve key milestones.
3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
4. Building productive relationships with stakeholders and resolving on-site challenges.
5. Maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and experience
1. Previous experience supervising commercial fit-outs, refurbishments or new builds
2. A trade background and strong grasp of on-site processes and timelines
3. Confident communicator who builds rapport and motivates teams
4. Well-versed in WHS standards and compliance
5. Able to think on your feet and keep momentum even when challenges arise
6. Comfortable using project tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar
