**Job Title:** Commercial Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our retail and food service facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, pricing strategies, and staff supervision.
**Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability aligns with customer demands and seasonal trends.
• Develop and implement efficient purchasing plans and supplier negotiations for food, merchandise, and fuel, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Supervise and support staff across both retail and food service operations, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the premises, including prompt service at the counter and quality control in the kitchen.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and local advertising initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
• Handle daily cash flow, POS operations, financial records, stock reconciliations, and ensure accurate reporting of sales and expenses.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability across the business.
• Oversee food safety, fuel handling procedures, and cleanliness standards in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Continuously assess business operations and implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector.
• A completed AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Retail Management, Business).
**Employment Details:
• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation per annum
• Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
