This position reports directly to the Head Of Sales, you will be developing your agent network / relationships through product training and sales calls. You will work closely with maintaining preferred agent relationships whilst also supporting the head office strategy for developing new agency partnerships. Skills & Expertise
* Previous work with travel agents and an understanding of the travel industry.
* A confident and articulate manner with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Delivery of online and face to face training to their agent network.
* Shop visits as per KPIs.
* Setup & maintenance of agents within in-house CRM.
* Attendance to functions and events as required.
* Passion for travel and adventure travel.
* Experience in presenting and training - advantageous.
* Managing the area of Queensland.
