About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System Administrator to join our team on an exciting project based in Wagga, New South Wales. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development of digital training solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and reporting of learning support activities. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day operations, upgrades, and maintenance of the LMS
* Delivering user support and training to staff and trainees, including induction briefings
* Collaborating with technical instructors to implement courseware and assessment updates
* Leading and supporting continuous improvement and decommissioning of older LMS versions
* Driving quality assurance, documentation, and training processes for LMS and SMS
* Contributing to the future planning and integration of digital learning systems
