What You'll Do
* Plan and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, optimising performance and ROI in-house.
* Identify and test new digital channels for paid advertising to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
* Oversee all digital channels - including paid and organic search, paid social, email, web, display, and SEO - ensuring cohesive, data-driven execution aligned with Bitesoft's brand and mission.
* Leverage your experience with Klaviyo, setting up automated flows and email campaigns to engage customers throughout their Bitesoft journey.
* Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, engagement, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For?
* 3–5+ years in digital marketing, with experience in paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and Shopify is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of paid/organic search, social, email, display, video, and SEO.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, including setting up email flows and campaigns.
* Excellent creative judgement with a keen eye for design, messaging, and user experience.
* Organised, proactive, and able to move quickly from concept to execution.
* Data-driven mindset, able to optimise campaigns for performance and ROI.
