Poodle offers a candle lit Bistro, two private function spaces, relaxing public bar and terracotta tiled courtyard all paired with an exciting food and beverage offering. We also have a handful of events that run throughout the year; our Patio Parties are the things of legend, with guest chefs, DJs, and wine producers taking over the venue for a day of good vibes.

What we need from you
* 1+ years experience in a similar role
* An understanding of beverage COGS and maintaining them
* A strong spirits and cocktail knowledge (WSET qualification preferred but not essential)
* Supplier sourcing knowledge
* Strong knowledge of POS and back of house computer systems
